We lovingly check each item before we ship it out to you, but in the occasion an item is damaged during delivery please contact us through email at wildmoontribe@outlook.com within 24 hours of the delivery of your purchase. Damaged item will need to be returned for a store credit.

International Customers (Outside of Australia) are responsible for all customs, import duties, and local taxes charged by your country. Please contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
