For centuries, White Sage has been used in traditional cleansing ceremonies to clear negative or stagnant energy, encourage spiritual connection, and promote mental clarity. Its calming herbal aroma creates a sense of peace while its natural antimicrobial properties are also believed to help purify the air.
Complementing the sage is Palo Santo, meaning “Holy Wood”, a sacred tree native to South America and related to Frankincense, Myrrh, and Copal. When burned, Palo Santo releases a warm, uplifting aroma with notes of citrus, pine, mint, and soft wood. Traditionally, it is believed to cleanse the energy of a space, encourage relaxation, relieve stress, and promote emotional balance and wellbeing. Our Palo Santo is ethically sourced from naturally fallen trees in Ecuador.

How to Use:
Light one end of the Sage or Palo Santo stick and allow the flame to burn for approximately one minute. Gently blow out the flame, allowing the stick to smoulder, then move throughout the space you wish to cleanse.
Please note that Palo Santo naturally produces less smoke than Sage and may need to be relit several times during your cleansing ritual this is completely normal.
